David’s Beautiful People has been serving the Washington, D.C. and North Bethesda area for more than four decades. With some of the most talented hair stylists on the East Coast, we’re ready to take on a new name, but keep the same values we’ve always stood by.
With growth and success comes big changes, and we have a pretty big update to share with our clients. Our North Bethesda salon is changing, and although things might sound and look a little different, we’re the same hairstylists you know and love!

Changing David’s Beautiful People to iDENTiTY Salon has been years in the making – we take our clients, stylists, and brand seriously, and we wanted to make sure we did this at the perfect time. And that’s why this change is so important to us! Our new name is a reflection of our unique identity. You’re not just clients or heads of hair to us; you’re a part of our salon’s identity, too. We care about who you are, and we’re here to help you shape your own personal identity through beauty and style.
What’s Changing at Our North Bethesda Salon?
Our name, branding, and location are all changing with us. Our new location presented itself at the perfect time! We want iDENTiTY Salon to reflect our clients and our stylists in the best way possible, and that means sharing with you a name that reflects what we stand by.
Oh, and don’t worry – one thing you can count on is our award-winning salon and hair stylists aren’t changing! You can still get the same looks you love to sport, or try out a whole new style to find your new identity. Whatever you choose, we’re still the best hair salon near you.
iDENTiTY Salon, just like David’s Beautiful People, specializes in haircuts and styling, high-quality hair coloring, extensions, perms, and keratin treatments. Pixie cut or luscious locks, straight or curly, we’re here to be your trusted hair stylists in North Bethesda! Our team is exactly who we’ve always been, just with a new added spin and zest to our salon. You’ll love getting your hair done in an updated space, but with the same familiar faces you’re used to. Where Can You Find iDENTiTY Salon?
You can find the new iDENTiTY Salon at 5224 Nicholson Lane, in Kensington, MD 20895, just three minutes away from our original North Bethesda salon. If you’re leaving our current location, follow Bou Avenue and Nebel Street to Nicholson Lane, then turn right onto Nicholson Lane. Our beautiful salon will be on your left.
We’ve put tons of time and energy into making sure our new space feels comfortable and ready for our clients and hair stylists. You can expect our new North Bethesda salon location to be open for all your hair needs by May 2023. We hope you like our new iDENTiTY as much as we do!
